I heard the words,“Bucharest is burning”. I know there is a movie called Mississippi Burning”. I don’t know if there is any connection to the movie but I kept hearing Bucharest is burning. I know that Bucharest is the capital city of Romania. Of course upon hearing these words I began to pray for the city and country of Romania. As time went on I saw fire in the city of Bucharest and I continued to hear, “Bucharest is Burning”. As many have seen on the news that Russia has decided to start taking over territories by force with the most recent being the Ukraine.
When I saw Bucharest burning the Lord was speaking that Romania is for some reason a target. A lot of what has been happening feels unexpected but each strike has been planned and thought of many years ago. The plans we are seeing unfold now, are actually the plans of leaders who have since passed on. I asked the Lord why he was showing me this and he gave me a few reasons.
Number one was to pray and number two was HOW to pray. Why does God show us events before they happen? He does this so we can pray for 1.Prevention, 2.Protection, and 3.Preparedness. God gives us wisdom and revelation so as a collective church and as the saints of God so we can pray in Unity. Please join me in praying over the nation of Romania. We pray that God would prevent these attacks from happening. We pray for protection of all of the people in this nation. We pray that if these attacks do happen that God would prepare this nation and people to take safety and that he would supply their every need.
I saw neighboring countries to Romania recently receiving resources or more aid than they expected. To them they were not quite sure how to use it because of how large the amounts were. This reminds me in Genesis when Joseph knew a famine was coming and he was able to STORE the food/ resources while things were still good to PREPARE for when the need would come. I specifically felt like Bulgaria was going to be receiving more people fleeing.
